Dear guests,

We are glad to announce life-size gold replica of the stamp "Flight Moscow - San-Francisco across the North pole".

Famous postage stamp known as “Levanevsky with overprint” was issued in august 1935. The number of copies was limited. A mistake was made in overprinted text: lowercase letter “f” was printed in the name of the city “San-Francisco”. All pieces were excepted of the post offices in shortest time. That is how this stamp became a philatelic rarity.

In 1945 a stamp with mistake in the overprinted text was presented to the president of the United States F.Roosevelt for his birthday by I.Stalin.
